• Our rooms are tidied up and cleaned every day, from 8.30 am to 12 noon after that time the service is no longer guaranteed
• The tourist tax of 1.00 per person per day must always be added to the price of the rooms (except for children from 0 to 12 years old)
• breakfast is served from 8 to 9.30
• the room must be left at 10 am on the day of departure.
• We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time and a telephone number.
• As a final confirmation, we also ask for the details of the credit card that will be used in the event of a no-show or early departure.
• smoking is not allowed in the room.
• The change of towels and sheets is done every 4 days (for different needs the cost of the daily change will be charged 10 euros)
• pets are allowed but only of medium-small size and that an additional cost can be requested.

CHECK-IN – CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in is from 16:30 to 20:30, after this time it may no longer be possible to access the rooms so in case of delay we invite you to contact us promptly. Since there is no reception in the structure, we kindly ask you to inform us about your arrival time. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

• Check-out is at 10.00 (in case of different needs please arrange them with the reception in advance).
• To facilitate check-in we ask, if possible, to anticipate the documents of all the people who will stay, otherwise we will ask for it directly on site.

BILLING:

• In the case of an invoice request from you, the company data must be sent in advance, otherwise a simple receipt will be made
• For a final confirmation of the reservation, please send us the details of your credit card number and expiry date (you accept Visa and Mastercard).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• In the event of a no show or early departure, a penalty of 100% of the entire booked stay will be applied.
• If the cancellation is given within a month, no cost will be charged, after that deadline the full amount will be charged.

• Before going to our farmhouse, we kindly ask you to check that the temperature is not higher than 37.5 degrees and to wear a mask inside the breakfast room / reception.
• A disposable disinfectant is provided in the rooms. There is no buffet breakfast, it is served at the table, you will be asked what you like for breakfast on the day of arrival, so as to facilitate service in the morning. If you have allergies or intolerances, please let us know in advance
